Stage #1 meet
Further to contacting our office for preliminary information ,we will conduct a meeting in order to get to know you and learn of your needs ,requests and dreams of your future home.
we will learn of your assigned budget and get to know your home or the specific area which requires a makeover
Stage #2 design
We will learn and interpret the basic information ,then moving forward to initial drawings and sketches in order to plan the optimum functional floorplan as well as your unique design concept.
Stage #3 draw
Once you approve the design concept and floor plans we will explore all the technical elements of the space in order to refine the design details ,then progress onto the final full set of work plans and prepare a bill of quantities which approximate the work and materials needed to complete the project .this bill gives you an estimated budget frame and also use for a contractors bids.
Stage #4 build
The chosen contractor starts renovation and we will accompany you for the purchasing of the materials needed -flooring, sanitary fixtures, lightning etc. and of course furniture.
Stage #5 supervision
During renovation the studio will perform general supervision over the execution of interior design work plans submitted to the contractors ,monitoring work on-site at crucial milestones as well as regularly updating you on progress.
at this stage we will accompany you on choosing items of home styling and home dressing such as curtains, rugs and decoration
Stage #6 decor
After the completion of renovation we will arrive to place the decor items at their designated place and hand you your new and designed home.
